Asset- and Spare Parts Management with ECLASS

Engineering as well as the operation of manufacturing and production plants bring a variety of challenges. Reliable material master data based on ECLASS sustainably supports the entire life cycle of a manufacturing plant.

Already in the engineering phase, the ECLASS inquiry workflow can be used to provide technical quotations based on the digitally transmitted requirements from the suppliers via XML file in a reliable manner. "As built" data is digitally provided and used for engineering and asset management (functional locations, equipments) as well as for materials management and procurement (spare parts management).

Paradine supports the entire process and offers a comprehensive consulting and service portfolio. eptos™ is a central master data management solution for the reliable digital exchange of master data between systems within the company as well as with suppliers and manufacturers.

In addition to ECLASS BASIC and ADVANCED in all releases, eptos™ master data solutions also support other classification standards as well as company internal structures or extensions. This single point of truth for master data management ensures that the data from the various processes is linked together reliably maintained.
