L'utilisation de la recherche dans ECLASS

| Definition | Ceramic thick-film sensors consist of aluminum oxide. Their base body is designed as a solid ring whose front side forms a membrane. On the side facing away from the pressure, strain gauges are applied by means of screen printing and burned in.
