新增 ECLASS Aspect：环境产品声明元数据
ECLASS 17.0 新增了环境产品声明（EPD）相关元数据，进一步丰富了产品描述。新增的 Aspect 可对 EPD 文件信息进行结构化呈现，从而补充 PEF Aspect 中的定量数据。
ECLASS Properties：NAMUR 交接信息的共同语言
