As part of his trip to Japan, ECLASS Board member Markus Reigl visited ECLASS cooperation partner JEITA*.
In a meeting being hosted at the JEITA HQs Tokyo, the parties acknowledged the integration of ECALS content into the ECLASS class structure EC 27-26 “Electronic Components” from ECLASS Rel. 13. The JEITA management appreciated the plans to further extend the EC 27-26 content for even more relevance and utility to ECLASS users.
