Test users needed: ECLASS e.V. plans RDF serialization
ECLASS project group is looking for committed users to implement and test ECLASS Release 15.0 in RDF.
ECLASS e.V. is planning to serialize ECLASS in RDF format, thus adding another option to the existing export formats XML, JSON (web service only) and CSV (basic only). Prior to general availability, the ECLASS project group is looking for committed users who would like to test and implement ECLASS Release 15.0 in RDF. Interested parties can contact the ECLASS Head Office.
Together with the experts of the ECLASS working group, Christian Block has published a Technical Specification for ECLASS as a Resource Description Framework (RDF). In this interview, he talks about the challenges of the project and the importance of RDF for the future of digital standards.
