Preferred name | 23-33-01-07 Two-component polyurethane glue |
---|---|
Definition | Polyurethane adhesives can be of 1 or 2 components. Polyurethanes cure by polycondensation or polyaddition. The one-component polyurethane adhesives cure with the addition of humidity and/or heat. It is possible to combine the two curing mechanisms, so that a first handling strength occurs by atmospheric moisture, the final strength of the bond occurs, but only under influence of heat. They play a role in means of transport for road/rail/air/water, as well as in shoe industry, glass processing, bindery, etc |
