NEW VL
NEW VL = A new VL shall be created.

NOTE: EDIT VL is only valid for text attributes like preferred name, definition. It is assumed that the concept of the VL is not changed, but that it is only a textual correction or translation. In case the concept, i.e. the scope of the VL is changed, a new VL has to be created instead that replaces the old VL. Therefore, EDIT VL is not valid for changes of the data type.

In case of DELETE VL the VL will be deleted in all context (global in Release) where used.

CR type | DELETE VL |
