Properties Value Lists
The relationship between Properties and Value Lists are to be documented here (for a global change).
Each line is the relationship of one Value to one Property.
ADD PR_VL
ADD PR_VL = A VL (new or existing) shall be related to a PR (new or existing).
Mandatory fields:

| id_pr_non-existing or id_pr_existing | in case of a new PR, insert the unique internal ID mentioned in table Properties or the 8-digit CR ID in case of an existing PR, it is the 6-digit identifier |

| id_vl_non-existing or id_vl_existing | in case of a new VL, insert the unique internal ID mentioned in table Value Lists or the 8-digit CR ID in case of an existing VL, it is the 6-digit identifier |

| Reason for request | Your reason for the change |
NOTE: In case of ADD PR_VL the system has to check in database if assignment already exists and announce error on duplication. Duplications will be checked via Value List ID and not by the preferred name of the VL.
