Keywords
All CR concerning Keywords shall be included here. The relation to CC is not included in this table (see classes_keywords). New Keywords can be created (NEW KW) and existing KW can be edited (EDIT KW). All KW that shall be related to CC must be included in this sheet.
NEW KW
NEW KW = A new KW shall be created.
Mandatory fields:

| id_kw_non-existing | If creating a new KW, insert a unique ID, e.g. YOURNAME_NEW_KW_01 |
| preferred name KW | the KW’s name in any language |
| ISO language code | to identify the language of the KW |
| ISO country code | to identify the country code of the language variant |
| CR Proposer | CDP user name |
| Reason for request | Your reason for the change |
EDIT KW
EDIT KW = changing an existing KW
Mandatory fields:

| id_kw_existing | the 6-digit identifier of the existing KW |
| preferred name KW | the KW’s current name (See naming rules) |
| preferred name KW new | your proposed KW’s new name(See naming rules) |
| ISO language code | to identify the language of the KW |
| ISO country code | to identify the country code of the language variant |
| CR Proposer | CDP user name |
| Reason for request | Your reason for the change |
Delete KW
DELETE KW = delete an existing KW
Mandatory fields:

| id_kw_existing | the 6-digit identifier of the existing KW |

NOTE: In case of DELETE KW the system will automatically create CRs for Withdraw Keyword form CC
