The template for CR concerning Values.
NEW VA
NEW VA = A new VA shall be created.
Mandatory fields:

| preferred name VA EN | the VA’s name in EN |

EDIT VA
EDIT VA = changing an existing VA
Mandatory fields:

| id_va_existing | the 6-digit identifier of the existing VA |
| preferred name VA EN | the old attribute you want to change and the corresponding attribute “…new” with your proposed change, e.g. preferred name VA EN and preferred name VA new EN |

REPLACE VA
In case of REPLACE VA the source VA will be replaced in all context (global in Release) where used.
Mandatory fields:

| id_va_existing | the 6-digit identifier of the existing VA |
| replacement_id_va_non-existing or replacement_id_va_existing | in case of a new VA, insert the unique internal ID mentioned in table Values, in case of an existing VA, it is the 6-digit identifier |
| preferred name VA EN | the name of the Value which will be replaced in EN |
| CR Proposer | CDP user name |
| Reason for request | Your reason for the change |
NOTE:
• Replace of VAs can take place only if the data type is identical.
• The source VA will be automatically UNASSIGNED and DELETED by this CR.
• Unit conversion will not be performed.
DELETE VA
DELETE VA = deleting an existing VA from the ECLASS Standard
